GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. -- The owner of a Grand Junction massage parlor has been arrested on multiple charges, including pimping and keeping a place of prostitution. Police say the arrest of 58-year-old Nan O'Reilly was the result of a 10-month investigation. O'Reilly has owned and operated Fuji Oriental Therapy Massage for the past 14 years. She faces four felony charges -- racketeering, pimping, tax evasion and keeping a place of prostitution -- along with a misdemeanor charge of promoting sexual immorality.
O'Reilly was booked into the Mesa County Jail on $250,000 bail."We are in the same situation with prostitution now, as we were with methamphetamine 15 years ago. If we don't take an aggressive approach to solving the problem now, it will grow into something much more difficult to handle," said Police Chief Bill Gardner. "We are aware that some of these underworld activities, like prostitution, often involve dangerous behavior that is not easily tracked."
