POSTED: 12:06 pm MST November 20, 2008

A male hiker exposed himself to a female hiker on a Larimer County hiking trail this week and deputies are asking for the public's help in identifying the man.

According to the Larimer County Sheriff's Office, a woman said she was on a trail near Rotary Park when she saw an older man wearing only blue shorts and black sunglasses. She told deputies the man flashed her and then watched her until she go to her vehicle and left the area.

Deputies searched the area but were not able to locate the man.

The woman was not able to give a more complete description.

Anyone who may have seen someone matching the man's description in the area of Rotary Park is asked to contact the Larimer County Sheriff's Office at 970-416-1985.

Rotary Park is located adjacent to Horsetooth Reservoir.
