Mike Nelson has an outstanding relationship in
Denver with parents and kids alike through
his ongoing support of weather education
in the community.
Mike is well known and recognized for being the
only meteorologist in the community to make over
100 grade school visits each year in Denver
and the surrounding area. Each week, Mike Nelson
will take out a camera to document the children in
Denver he has visited during his school engagements.
